General Terms of Sale
- All sales are conducted with PayPal which will allow you to pay using your PayPal account or Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or Discover.
- A 6.5% sakes tax will automatically be added for orders shipped within Florida at checkout.
- Orders will normally be shipped within 48 hours (additional time may be required for custom matte colors.
- All orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS insured.
- All prices are in US dollars and we will ship worldwide. Please send an email to inquire about the shipping costs for areas outside the contiguous United States.
- Shipping charge given at checkout is an estimate and we will work always work to stay within the price quoted. If a large framed item costs significantly more to ship we will contact you via e-mail within 48 hours.
- If for some reason a painting is sold more than once the first verified buyer will receive the painting and all other buyers will have their money refunded.
- NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ONCE A PAINTING HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
